Our client is looking for a Solution Offering Lead - Mainframe Modernisation to help design and package a scalable modernisation offering that enables enterprises to transition from legacy mainframe environments to modern cloud and distributed platforms. In this role, you will define the modernisation framework, migration methodology, and solution architecture that support repeatable transformation programs. The focus is on building a market-ready offering that can be used by presales and delivery teams across client engagements.

This role requires both technical knowledge to lead the team of architects and engineers, as well as client-facing skills dealing with our client's customers in the FSI space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and structure an end-to-end mainframe modernisation offering.
  • Define modernisation strategies, including rehost, replatform, refactor, and rewrite.
  • Package a modernisation framework and migration methodology covering assessment, migration planning, execution, and post-migration optimisation.
  • Facilitate the cross-teaming required to develop and articulate an end-to-end offering from blueprint to portfolio.
  • Package the solution into a market-ready offering, including delivery models, accelerators, and presales materials.
  • Work with internal teams across architecture, cloud engineering, delivery, and presales to ensure the offering is scalable and aligned with client needs.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, systems integration, or modernisation programs.
  • Experience working with mainframe environments and modernisation strategies.
  • Strong background in solution design, enterprise architecture, or large transformation programs.
  • Experience developing structured consulting or technology offerings.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with migration factory or industrialised transformation models.
