To strengthen our proprietary sourcing capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Origination Director to join our investment team. You will work closely with investment professionals and partners across the firm, playing a critical role in identifying, developing, and converting high-quality investment opportunities.
The Role
As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of proprietary investment opportunities across the UK technology ecosystem, with a particular focus on software, SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, data, AI, and tech-enabled services businesses.
- Conduct detailed market mapping of attractive software and technology sub-sectors.
- Identify founder-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses aligned with the firm's investment strategy.
- Execute structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting founders, CEOs, and senior management teams.
- Develop trusted relationships with business owners well before a transaction process begins.
