Chief Financial Officer in City of London

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company\’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO and Private Equity investors
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
• Manage a small team of financial staff
• Assist the CEO and PE backers in valuation maximisation and liaising with potential buyers

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• Minimum of 15 years\\\’ of finance experience including in PE backed companies
• Previous CFO experience in a software company that has made a successful exit
• Experience as CFO in a company in the 200-500 person range

The salary is flexible for the right person (ignore the range on the job board) and there will be a generous variable plan and long term incentives on sale.
