Overview MBR Partners is a niche recruitment business supplying candidates across the world to work with fast-growing technology companies (Telecoms, Security, Broadcast Media, Customer Experience / Marketing, Fintech, and many more). We are focused on the recruitment of permanent staff. Previous experience working in recruitment is not required.We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be based 5 days a week in our Paddington office (when not traveling).Responsibilities Execute various outbound sales & marketing campaigns, including cold calling to prospective clients (CEOs, CROs, CHRO, Sales Engineering Leaders)Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting at booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunitiesBook meetings for MBR Partners\\\’ CEO either virtually or face-to-faceCreating unique verbal pitches depending on the targetCapable of following a sales process involving LinkedIn connection requests, email, SMS messaging, and proactive callsMaintaining a sales pipeline through being highly organised and tenaciousResearch information about prospective customers using available resourcesIdentify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniquesHelp define the business development processes and improve themAccurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads in MBR Partners CRMRequirements Bachelor\\\’s degree required, 2:1 minimum from a good universityStrong English Language skillsExperience in telephone sales or telemarketing is preferredPassion for technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResult-driven with the mentality to always exceed targetsPersistence & perseveranceCustomer serviceMotivation for sales – the role will come with commission/sales incentive programme (please note this role is purely focused on closing and developing new business leads and will pass on the recruitment (delivery) aspects to another team)Please disregard the salary as it is flexible and up for change for this role.
