Role summary
The client is looking for an Account Director / Client Partner with intimate knowledge of Citibank to maintain and grow its business with Citi (one of the client’s largest accounts).
Responsibilities
- Manage executive relationships with stakeholders from Citi concerning the ongoing services business and revenues.
- Own customer relationships for assigned accounts and lead customer communications.
- Evangelise the client’s capabilities to be viewed as a strategic partner to Citi.
- Hunt for new opportunities and business areas that the client can support Citi with, and ultimately sell more time-and-material consulting and bespoke project solutions.
- Grow the opportunity pipeline and increase revenues within the account.
- Work with the client’s executive team to develop and implement a successful account plan.
Profile requirements
- Existing experience selling to Citi and familiarity with Citi’s internal structures and key stakeholders.
- Prior experience selling software services / ITO / IT or Network Systems Integration Services.
- Capable of working with presales solutions architects to create and deliver compelling service pitches.
- The client provides European-based resources resident in Ireland, so candidates will ideally have experience selling services for a near-shore local supplier.
- The client is a high-growth services business, with a few hundred people, so candidates will need an entrepreneurial flair and be able to work in a relatively small company environment.
