Dental Practice Manager | Warrington, Cheshire | Full Time
MBR Dental is delighted to be supporting a friendly, well-established dental practice in Warrington, Cheshire, with the recruitment of an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role
Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
One weekend per month on-call required.
Available to start as soon as possible, although notice periods will be considered.
Salary from £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Bonus scheme available.
Fully funded CPD.
Enhanced holiday entitlement of 5 weeks plus bank holidays.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced dental Practice Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in the UK, along with a strong dental background.
You’ll be a confident and approachable leader who enjoys working as part of a team.
You’ll be comfortable mentoring and developing colleagues, while helping the practice meet and exceed its targets.
Key responsibilities will include
- Supporting the marketing and growth of the practice.
- Monitoring and responding to patient feedback.
- Staff management, development and mentoring.
- Ensuring practice compliance is maintained.
- Managing KPIs and practice budgets.
- Supporting the commercial performance and continued success of the practice.
About the practice
Modern 5-surgery, computerised Dentally practice, with i Pads in every surgery.
Offers a range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, facial aesthetics and Invisalign.
Part of a small, family-run group of practices, offering a welcoming and supportive working environment.
Car parking available.
