Lead Dental Nurse – Southampton / Hampshire
Salary: £37,000–£38,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week

MBR Dental is recruiting a Lead Dental Nurse for a private dental practice in Southampton, Hampshire on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assistance and patient care.
- Infection control and surgery preparation.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting the nursing team.
- Managing staff rotas, stock control and ordering.
- Supporting CQC compliance and clinical audits.
- Assisting the Practice Manager with daily operations.
- Providing occasional reception cover.
Requirements:
- GDC registration and a valid DBS check.
- Minimum two years’ UK dental nursing experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Dentally software experience preferred.
The practice offers general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and periodontics.
