MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Salisbury to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details
- Available to start as soon as possible. Notice periods will be taken into consideration.
- Full-time opportunity – 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Competitive hourly rate, negotiable depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance and patient care.
- Infection prevention and control procedures.
- Instrument decontamination and surgery preparation.
- Maintaining equipment and clinical standards.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Dental Nurses.
- Overseeing reception duties and staff rotas.
- Ensuring CQC compliance and managing audits.
- Stock control and ordering.
- Supporting the Practice Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- Providing occasional reception cover when required.

- General Dentistry
- Restorative Dentistry
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Orthodontics
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Dental Nursing experience required.
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience preferred.
- GDC registered.
- Valid DBS certificate.
- Dentally software experience preferred.
