MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details

  • Available to start as soon as possible.
  • Notice periods will be taken into consideration.
  • Full-time opportunity – 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Competitive hourly rate, negotiable depending on experience.

  • Chairside assistance and patient care.
  • Infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Instrument decontamination and surgery preparation.
  • Maintaining equipment and clinical standards.
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Dental Nurses.
  • Overseeing reception duties and staff rotas.
  • Ensuring CQC compliance and managing audits.
  • Stock control and ordering.
  • Supporting the Practice Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
