MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.
Vacancy Details:
- Available from Oct/Nov 2026.
- Notice periods are taken into account.
- Part time position, 3 days per week.
- Dentist required Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
- 9am-5.30pm working hours.
- Permanent Associate role (self-employed).
- Part of an independently owned dental group.
Remuneration & Earnings:
- Negotiable UDA target at £13 per UDA.
- 45% split on Private revenue.
- Dentist will inherit a stable list of patients.
- Typical earnings of £40,000-£70,000+ (based on 3 days per week).
- Dentist will benefit from internal marketing support to promote Private.
- Mixed NHS and Private working environment.

- 6 surgery dental practice.
- Clinical support from Hygienist.
