MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent fully private dental practice in Barnet, Greater London to recruit an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for a permanent full-time role.

- Full-time position (5 days per week available)
- Monday - Friday (working hours to be discussed)
- Occasional Saturdays are also required
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role
This role is central to the patient journey and treatment conversion process. You will support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance, ensuring a smooth, informed, and positive experience while helping the practice achieve its commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Discussing and presenting high-value treatment plans to patients
- Managing and converting marketing leads
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Managing diaries, appointments, and treatment schedules
- Discussing finance options, costs, and treatment timelines confidently
- Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
- Conducting both face‑to‑face and virtual consultations
- Taking ownership of revenue pipeline, KPI, and conversion performance (not just bookings)
- Working to targets, deadlines, and performance goals
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience in dental sales or dental business development (essential)
- Strong understanding of general and specialist dental treatments
- Confident, self‑motivated, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Valid DBS required
