MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent fully private dental practice in Barnet, Greater London to recruit an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for a permanent full-time role.

What's on Offer

  • Full-time position (5 days per week available)
  • Monday - Friday (working hours to be discussed)
  • Occasional Saturdays are also required
  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Monthly and annual performance-based bonuses available

About the Role

This role is central to the patient journey and treatment conversion process. You will support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance, ensuring a smooth, informed, and positive experience while helping the practice achieve its commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discussing and presenting high-value treatment plans to patients
  • Managing and converting marketing leads
  • Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and treatment schedules
  • Discussing finance options, costs, and treatment timelines confidently
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
  • Conducting both face‑to‑face and virtual consultations
  • Taking ownership of revenue pipeline, KPI, and conversion performance (not just bookings)
  • Working to targets, deadlines, and performance goals

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in dental sales or dental business development (essential)
  • Strong understanding of general and specialist dental treatments
  • Confident, self‑motivated, and commercially aware
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Valid DBS required

  • 3-surgery, fully computerised environment
  • Services include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Invisalign
