MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in Knightsbridge, London, to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.
What’s on Offer:
- Full-time permanent role
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
- Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
- Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
- Immediate start available

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, team performance, and an outstanding patient experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations of the practice
- Ensuring systems, procedures, and workflows run efficiently
- Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
- Managing HR duties and maintaining compliance standards
- Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
- Supporting marketing activities and patient feedback initiatives
- Driving private revenue growth and treatment uptake
- Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance
