MBR Dental are excited to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer:
- Start date available as soon as possible
- Notice periods will be considered
- Full-time position 38.75 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm
- Competitive pay of £14 - £15 per hour, depending on experience

About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and modern practice. As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting and mentoring the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance and delivering excellent patient care
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Supporting compliance with CQC requirements
- Overseeing stock control and equipment maintenance
- Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient operations
- Leading and mentoring fellow dental nurses
