Associate Dentist – Guildford, Surrey | 80% Private Practice | Established Patient List
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Guildford to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician to inherit an established patient list from a retiring Principal Dentist within a predominantly private practice offering strong earning potential and specialist support.
Position Details
Available immediately with notice periods taken into consideration
Permanent part-time opportunity
Surgery space:
Thursday & Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Potential to offer Tuesdays in addition
Opportunity to start 1-2 days per week immediately
900-1,000 UDAs per annum
£12.50 per UDA
Practice mix of approximately 20% NHS / 80% Private
45% split on private revenue
Approximate private gross income of £25,000-£30,000 per month gross based on current performance (FTE)
Monthly pay
Taking over the established patient list of the former Principal Dentist, who retired in April 2026
About the Role
Suitable for a General Dentist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mixed and private practice
Excellent opportunity to grow private income within an established patient base
