MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester, Gloucestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist to manage Urgent Care and Stabilisation Care on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage NHS Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
- Offer emergency care plus a range of general dentistry to stabilise patients.
- Work with an experienced Nurse and Admin team.
- Opportunity to upsell Private treatments depending on patient requirements paid at a 50% split.
- Up to 7 Urgent Care patients per session or up to 7 Stabilisation Care patients per session.
What we offer / Availability:
- Available from June 2026. Notice periods are considered.
- Flexible days and hours to be discussed.
- Practice can offer a day rate of £500 per day.
- Golden hello may be considered (terms apply).
- Expected earnings of £100,000+ per annum.
The successful candidate will offer emergency care plus a range of general dentistry to stabilise patients. A non-profit dental organisation, values-led, driven by community impact.
All Dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number. An enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.
