MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester, Gloucestershire to recruit a Lead Dentist on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead Dentist will have clinical freedom.
- Position would involve 1 day per week focused on Urgent Care and 4 days per week supporting UDA delivery.
- Responsible for educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists.
- Leading an ethical, progressive and collaborative team.
- Predominantly NHS working environment.
- Support from an experienced Nurse and Admin team.
- Upholding the practice's standards and contributing to overall clinical governance.
Offer & Working Arrangements
- Available from June 2026.
- Notice periods are considered.
- Full or part time position – Flexible days and hours.
- Projected earnings of £120,000+ per annum.
- Practice can offer 5000 UDAs at £16 per UDA plus 50% Private.
- £500 per full day for Urgent Care sessions plus an additional Clinical Lead supplement.
- NHS Educational Supervisor payment for supporting Foundation Dentists.
- Golden Hello available (terms apply).
- Position belongs to a not-for-profit organisation.
- Brand new, purpose built practice.
Requirements
- All Dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number.
- An enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.
