MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in North West London to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full‑time opportunity.

What’s on Offer

  • Full‑time permanent position
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
  • Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Immediate start available
  • Notice periods considered
  • Independent private practice environment

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice, supporting business growth, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operational management of the practice
  • Ensuring systems and procedures run effectively and efficiently
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
  • Managing HR duties and practice compliance
  • Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
  • Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
  • Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
  • Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK dental practice management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Patient‑focused, organised, and self‑motivated
  • Experience within a private dental setting preferred
  • Confident managing team performance and operational targets
  • Valid DBS required
