MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent private dental practice in Barnet to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.

What’s on Offer

  • Full-time position – 5 days per week
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
  • Alternate Saturdays required (with a weekday off in the week)
  • Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Immediate start available
  • Notice periods considered
  • Independent private practice environment

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, growth, and overall performance of the practice. You will lead the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the practice journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily operations of the practice
  • Ensuring systems and procedures run efficiently
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and staff development
  • HR and compliance management
  • Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
  • Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
  • Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
  • Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Patient-focused with a proactive and motivational approach
  • Experience within private dentistry preferred
  • Confident managing business performance and team development
  • Valid DBS required
  • Applicants must have previous UK dental practice management experience to be considered
