Dental Practice Manager / Peterborough, Cambridgeshire / Full Time MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. * Available as soon as possible. * Notice periods are taken into consideration. * Independent, private practice environment. * Full time opportunity – 5 days per week. * Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. * From £37k per annum – negotiable depending on experience. * The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager and have a strong dental background. * You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed practice targets. * Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, understanding how to generate income and control costs, complaints handling, recruitment, managing KPI’s & must be confident leading a team. * Practice Manager will be commercially minded, patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader. * Practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants, Invisalign & hygiene services. * 3 surgery, computerised Dentally practice. * On-site car parking available. * Please note; practice does not offer visa / sponsorships. All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered
