MBR Dental is currently recruiting for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a well‑established, independent, private dental practice in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

What’s on Offer

  • Permanent, full‑time position.
  • Immediate start available (notice periods will be considered).
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Competitive pay from £12.71 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Monthly pay.

About the Practice

  • Independent, private dental practice.
  • Modern, computerised Carestack practice with 2 surgeries.
  • Offers a range of treatments including:
    • General Dentistry
    • Dental Implants
    • Orthodontics
    • Facial Aesthetics
    • Cosmetic Dentistry

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day‑to‑day running of the reception area.
  • Booking, amending and coordinating patient appointments.
  • Managing clinicians’ diaries.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Completing general administrative tasks, filing and paperwork.
  • Promoting treatments and services available within the practice.
  • Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for every patient.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience working as a Dental Receptionist is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of dental practice procedures and patient management.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
  • Treatment Coordinator (TCO) experience is desirable but not essential, as training may be considered for the right candidate.
