MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Broadstairs, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.
Vacancy Details:
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are considered.
- Full or part-time position - 2+ days per week.
- Surgery space Mon to Sat 9am-5pm.
- Practice can also offer optional 8am-2pm or 2-8pm sessions.
- Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).
Remuneration & Earnings:
- Negotiable UDA target & rate.
- 50% split on Private work.
- Opportunity to grow Private list and upsell Fee Per Item.
- Huge demand for Restorative, Aesthetic and Cosmetic Treatments.
- Opportunity to offer Endodontics and Implants alongside General Dentistry.
- Onsite Treatment Co-ordinator to help drive Private.
- Typical earnings of £50,000-£180,000 per year - depending on days worked, performance levels and Private skillset.
- Dentist will receive monthly pay (no clawback).
Practice Overview:
- 11 surgery dental practice.
- 6 Dentists plus a team on Hygienists and Therapists in situ.
- Computerised with R4 software.
- Onsite CBCT and Intraoral Scanners.
- Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.
Location & Travel:
- Onsite parking is available.
- Easily commutable from Ramsgate, Margate, Sandwich and Canterbury.
Essential Requirements:
- GDC Registered Dentist.
- Active Performer Number
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
