MBR Dental are excited to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

What’s on offer:

  • Start date available as soon as possible
  • Notice periods will be considered
  • Full-time position – 38.75 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
  • Competitive pay of £14–£15 per hour, depending on experience
  • Core CPD costs covered

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive and modern practice. As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting and mentoring the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chairside assistance and delivering excellent patient care
  • Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination
  • Supporting compliance with CQC requirements
  • Overseeing stock control and equipment maintenance
  • Working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient operations
  • Leading and mentoring fellow dental nurses

About the practice:

  • Independent, fully private practice
  • 2-surgery, fully computerised (Carestream Sensei)
  • Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, and sedation

What we’re looking for:

  • GDC registered Dental Nurse with a valid DBS
  • Minimum of 2 years’ dental nursing experience
  • A proactive and positive team player with leadership qualities
