MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bath, Somerset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Available from March 2026. Notice periods are taken into consideration.
Full or part time position, up to 5 days per week. Surgery space Monday to Friday (flex hours). Negotiable UDA target. £14-£15 per UDA plus a 50% split on Private revenue.
Dentist will manage a mixed NHS and Private list with support from a Treatment Co-ordinator to drive Private revenue. The dentist will inherit a stable and established list from an outgoing clinician.
Access to in-house training and development in a 16 surgery dental practice. The dentist will be working in a newly renovated surgery equipped with Computerised systems, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and a 3D Shape Scanner.
The practice offers General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Smile Makeovers, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery. There is an opportunity for dentists to offer more complex treatments alongside general dentistry.
Onsite parking is available. All dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number to be considered. An enhanced DBS certificate will be required on request.
