MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent private dental practice in Barnet to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.
What's on Offer
- Full-time position – 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
- Alternate Saturdays required (with a weekday off in the week)
- Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
- Immediate start available

About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management, growth, and overall performance of the practice. You will lead the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the practice journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations of the practice
- Ensuring systems and procedures run efficiently
- Team leadership, mentoring, and staff development
- HR and compliance management
- Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
- Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
- Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
- Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Patient-focused with a proactive and motivational approach
- Experience within private dentistry preferred
- Confident managing business performance and team development
- Valid DBS required
- Applicants must have previous UK dental practice management experience to be considered
