MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a dental practice in Gillingham, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.
The role is full-time, 4–5 days per week, with surgery space Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm and Friday 8:30am–2:30pm.
You will be a self-employed Associate with 5,000–6,000 UDAs at £14 per UDA and a 50% split on private revenue.
There is ample opportunity to upsell Private, with an established patient list from the outgoing Associate.
