MBR Dental are currently assisting a group of dental practices located in Inverness, Highlands to recruit a Clinical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. Available as soon as possible. Notice periods are taken into consideration. Full time opportunity with part time considered.
Practice can offer 50% remuneration, generous profit share and bonus package worth £150,000 per year. 6-8% profit share, health board joining bonus of up to £25,000 plus £10,000 company joining bonus. Opportunity to become a VPD trainer worth £6000 per VDP plus a £10,000 bonus if the VPD is retained within the group.
Dentist will be required to lead a patient focussed practice, manage performance and develop new Dentists. Position would suit an experienced Dentist who has a passion for patient care and strong clinical skills. Practice are happy to invest in ongoing development and can offer up to £15,000 co-funding for Masters qualifications. Access to annual CPD events plus Dental Tubules CPD membership.
Clinical Lead will have support from Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR and Recruitment teams. Modern 7 surgery dental practice. Computerised (SOE), Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo. Mixed NHS/Private working environment. Beautiful location with rich history and natural beauty.
All Dentists must be registered with the GDC with an active List Number. A disclosure certificate will be required on request.
