MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in Knightsbridge, London, to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.

What’s on Offer

  • Full-time permanent role
  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
  • Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
  • Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Immediate start available
  • Notice periods considered

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, team performance, and an outstanding patient experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily operations of the practice
  • Ensuring systems, procedures, and workflows run efficiently
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
  • Managing HR duties and maintaining compliance standards
  • Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
  • Supporting marketing activities and patient feedback initiatives
  • Driving private revenue growth and treatment uptake
  • Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
  • Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK dental practice management experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Patient-focused, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Experience within private dentistry preferred
  • Confident managing operational performance and team development
  • Valid DBS required
