Associate Dentist - Harlow, Essex MBR Dental are currently assisting an independently owned dental practice located in Harlow, Essex to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Position Details: Independent practice. Position available from October / November 2026. Full time opportunity, 4-5 days per week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays. Practice hours Mon - Thurs 9-5.30, Friday 8-4, Saturday 9-4:30. Working hours to be discussed. General Dentist required on a self employed basis. Remuneration: 4000 - 5000 UDAs available. UDA rate to be discussed, depending on experience. Huge private earning potential; will inherit a private list. Private income paid at 50% split. Dentist will be working with an established patient base. Lab bills 50/50. Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings. Practice Details: Independent practice. 4 surgery dental practice. Computerised (SOE), Digital X-Rays, Rotary Endo. Dental Hygienist support at the practice. Parking available Requirements: GDC registration NHS performer number. Enhanced DBS check. At least 2+ years post graduate experience.
