Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting two dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their teams on a fixed term basis.
Responsibilities
- Immediate start with notice periods taken into consideration.
- Manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.
- Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices, including marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals.
- Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.
- Be patient oriented, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
- Operate across two independent dental practices with general dentists, specialists, and hygienists.

Qualifications
