MBR Dental are currently supporting an independent fully private dental practice in Barnet, Greater London to recruit an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for a permanent full-time role.
What’s on Offer
- Full-time position (5 days per week available)
- Monday - Friday (working hours to be discussed)
- Occasional Saturdays are also required
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
- Monthly and annual performance-based bonuses available

About the Role
This role is central to the patient journey and treatment conversion process. You will support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance, ensuring a smooth, informed, and positive experience while helping the practice achieve its commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Discussing and presenting high-value treatment plans to patients
- Managing and converting marketing leads
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Managing diaries, appointments, and treatment schedules
- Discussing finance options, costs, and treatment timelines confidently
- Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
- Conducting both face-to-face and virtual consultations
- Taking ownership of revenue pipeline, KPIs, and conversion performance (not just bookings)
- Working to targets, deadlines, and performance goals
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental sales or dental business development (essential)
- Strong understanding of general and specialist dental treatments
- Confident, self‑motivated, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Valid DBS required
Practice Information
Independent, fully private dental practice, 3-surgery, fully computerised environment. Services include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Invisalign.
