Dental Practice Manager / Byfleet, Surrey
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a fixed term basis.
Responsibilities
- Immediate start date with notice periods taken into consideration.
- Independent, fully private practice.
- Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for a period of 6-12 months.
- Part time, 30 hours per week.
- Flexible working pattern across Monday to Friday.
- Salary from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Possibility of role becoming permanent in future.
- The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals. Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.
- Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
- 3 surgery practice with general dentists, specialists, & hygienists.
- Dentally software.
- Parking available.
Qualifications
All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered. GDC registration is desirable.
