Private Associate Dentist – Backwell, Bristol | Established Principal's List | Implants & Invisalign

MBR Dental are currently assisting a well-established private dental practice in Backwell, Bristol to recruit an experienced Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take over the established patient list of a retiring Principal Dentist within a highly regarded private practice offering excellent earning potential, advanced technology, and a loyal patient base.

Position Details

  • Available from November 2026
  • Permanent opportunity
  • 4 days per week
  • Surgery space:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
    • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Managing an established list of Fee Per Item and Practice Plan patients
  • Taking over the patient list of a retiring Principal Dentist
  • Long-term opportunity for a clinician looking to establish themselves within the practice
  • Excellent remuneration package to be discussed at interview

Earning Potential

  • Typical earnings for a Private Associate Dentist range from £70,000–£150,000 FTE
  • Associates providing general implant dentistry can typically generate £800–£3000 per day, depending on experience and case mix
  • Typical gross production for associates providing Invisalign ranges from £800–£2,000+ per day, depending on experience and patient demand.

About the Role

  • Suitable for a highly experienced Private Dentist
  • Must be confident providing:
    • General Dentistry
    • Dental Implants
    • Invisalign
  • Experience in sedation would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Caring, ethical and patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry

  • Support from experienced Dental Hygienists and a highly trained support team

Requirements

  • GDC registered Dentist
