Role Description
All of these roles are full-time positions based out of Sheffield. In these roles, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and resurfacing roads, including tasks such as operating machinery, laying asphalt, and ensuring road safety measures are in place. You will work as part of a team, adhering to safety standards and project deadlines to deliver exceptional results on each project.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience laying asphalt (advantageous)
- Experience in road surfacing operations and use of heavy machinery
- Knowledge of road construction standards, materials and safety regulations
- Experience working on commercial and/or highway surfacing projects
- Ability to work as part of a professional surfacing gang
- Good attitude, reliable and commitment to quality
- Preferred CSCS/CPCS/NPORS/MPQC Health and Safety certifications or equivalent (preferred)
