This role sits between an external modelling partner and internal marketing stakeholders, ensuring high-quality data inputs, robust model outputs, and clear translation of insights into actionable media investment decisions.
You’ll play a key role in helping the business understand what’s driving marketing performance and how to optimise spend across channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day relationship with an external MMM agency, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination of outputs.

- Run scenario planning exercises using agency tooling to support media investment decisions.
- Translate complex modelling outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Support ongoing optimisation of media spend across channels through evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with external partners or agencies.
- Solid understanding of Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and the end-to-end model lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and R (running scripts, extracting data, and supporting pipelines—not model development).
