We’re partnering with some of the world’s leading insurers to reimagine underwriting, claims, operations, and customer experience using AI, data science, and Generative AI. Now, we’re looking for a Director-level AI leader to help drive this transformation.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale AI transformation programmes for top-tier Insurance clients
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shape AI strategy at the executive level
- Drive business development and go-to-market, originating and closing high-impact opportunities
- Build and lead high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants
- Bring cutting-edge thinking across GenAI, ML, and data platforms into real-world, production environments
What we’re looking for:
- Deep experience in the Insurance sector (e.g. underwriting, pricing, claims, distribution)
- A proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable owning sales, propositions, and growth
