I'm currently hiring across a growing AI & Data consulting practice supporting major Banking and Capital Markets clients.
These roles sit within a high-performing Engineering, AI & Data team delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the financial services sector.
Projects focus on:
- End-to-end enterprise data transformation programmes, including legacy modernisation, platform migration, and operating model change
- Design and delivery of AI, ML, and advanced analytics solutions, from use case development through to deployment and industrialisation
- Cloud-native data platform build and transformation across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including architecture, migration, and optimisation
- Data governance, data quality, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture for scalable, compliant data ecosystems
- Regulatory change, remediation, and operational transformation, including risk, controls, reporting, and audit readiness
Do you have experience across:
- Financial Services (Banking and/or Capital Markets), ideally front-to-back transformation programmes?
- Data & AI delivery, consulting, or engineering with end-to-end ownership?
- Leading complex, multi-stream programmes with cross-functional and vendor teams?
- Stakeholder management?
- Modern cloud and analytics platforms?
- Tools such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python, SQL, and related stacks?
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments?
Senior hires will also have experience leading multi-workstream programmes, managing large teams, owning client relationships, and contributing to business development / pre-sales activity.
