You’ve built and shipped AI systems. Now you want more ownership: understanding the customer’s problem, making the technical decisions and seeing your work deliver results.
MBN Solutions is partnering with an early-stage AI company transforming how wealth-management firms operate. Its platform brings AI agents into complex, regulated workflows, helping advisers, compliance teams and operations teams work more effectively.
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on engineer with strong foundations and the potential to grow into broader responsibility. You may already be an FDE, or you could be an Applied AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or Python engineer ready to work more closely with customers.
What you’ll do
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to turn real business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Build production Python services, agents and data pipelines.
- Train, evaluate and deploy models, with clear measures of quality and reliability.
- Develop systems for document generation, information capture, file reviews and compliance workflows.
- Deploy into customer cloud environments and take ownership of how your systems perform.
- Turn what you learn from deployments into improvements to the core product.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python skills and experience shipping software into production.
- Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning, evaluating and deploying models—not solely connecting applications to model APIs.
- Practical understanding of retrieval, tool use, multi-step workflows, evaluation and guardrails.
- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Clear communication, curiosity and the judgement to work through unfamiliar problems.
- The ambition to take on increasing technical and customer responsibility.
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry would be useful. An existing FDE title isn’t essential: evidence of what you’ve built, how you think and how you learn will matter.
Why consider it?
You’ll gain direct exposure to senior customer leaders, influence an evolving AI product and have room to grow as the business scales. This is an opportunity to build both your engineering depth and your ability to own an engagement from initial problem through to a working production system.
London office presence from time to time with flexibility to work from home in the UK, travel to client sites across the UK, and a competitive salary with meaningful equity.

Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
