We have partnered with an Independent MMM consultancy in search of a Client Services Director to join the team. We’re growing fast and looking for a Client Services Director with 5+ years of hands-on MMM experience to lead senior client relationships and scale impact across leading brands. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining technical excellence in MMM, client leadership, and commercial ownership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and grow senior client relationships
  • Lead large-scale MMM programmes end-to-end
  • Ensure the highest standards of technical delivery & QA
  • Develop, mentor and structure high-performing analyst teams
  • Identify and scope new opportunities within client accounts
  • Own revenue, forecasting and P&L performance

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in MMM within a media agency/consultancy
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience
  • Strong people leadership and coaching mindset
  • Ability to translate technical insights into commercial impact
