We’re hiring a Business Director to lead high‑impact marketing effectiveness and analytics work, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping how data drives marketing decisions. This is a leadership role for someone who’s part strategist, part data scientist, part trusted advisor.
What you’ll do:
- Lead complex marketing effectiveness & measurement projects (e.g. MMM/econometrics, experimentation, forecasting)
- Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted analytics advisor
- Translate business challenges into data‑led solutions and products
- Shape new analytics offerings and push innovation in how marketing performance is measured
- Support day‑to‑day media planning & optimisation with analytical insight
- Lead and develop a team of analysts – technically and professionally
- Embed a culture of testing, experimentation and learning
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical background (stats, econometrics, maths, economics, science or similar)
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics / consultancy / agency‑side analytics
- Proven track record delivering analytics projects that influence senior decision‑makers
- Expertise in 2+ of: Forecasting, Machine learning for marketing, A/B & multivariate testing, Advanced survey analytics (segmentation, driver models, etc.)
- R fluency is essential (R Shiny desirable)
- Python / SQL / VBA / SPSS also a plus
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex insights for non‑technical audiences
- Comfortable working independently and leading multiple workstreams
- Work on meaningful, high‑impact marketing challenges
- Help shape the future of analytics and effectiveness
