We have partnered with an Independent MMM consultancy in search of a CSD to join the team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining technical excellence in MMM, client leadership, and commercial ownership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and grow senior client relationships
- Ensure the highest standards of technical delivery & QA
- Develop, mentor and structure high-performing analyst teams
- Identify and scope new opportunities within client accounts
- Own revenue, forecasting and P&L performance
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in MMM within a media agency/consultancy
- Strong people leadership and coaching mindset
- Ability to translate technical insights into commercial impact
- Entrepreneurial approach to growing client offerings
- Strong technical culture with ongoing investment in tools and processes
