We’re working with a fast growing AI consultancy that has recently expanded through an international merger, bringing together teams across London and Europe as part of a global AI business of around 600 people. The consultancy is an OpenAI and Anthropic partner, specialising in deploying production AI systems for large enterprise organisations across sectors such as financial services, energy and healthcare.
The team in London is continuing to scale and we are looking for AI Engineers across multiple levels including Consultant, Senior, Lead and Principal to help design, build and deploy real world AI systems for enterprise clients. You will work on applied AI, building production grade applications powered by LLMs rather than focusing on research or model training. Projects typically involve designing agent based workflows, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems and delivering reliable AI systems that are used in live environments.
What we’re looking for:
- Engineers who have experience building real AI applications and are comfortable taking systems from concept through to production.
- Strong Software Engineering skills with Python.
- Experience building LLM applications in production environments.
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with multi agent frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, Autogen, MCP, a2a Anthropic agent etc.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
The role is hybrid (2/3 days in London office – Liverpool Street) and benefits include:
