I’m currently hiring across a growing AI & Data consulting practice supporting major Banking and Capital Markets clients. Multiple hires across:
- High-performing Engineering, AI & Data team delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the financial services sector.
Projects focus on:
- End-to-end enterprise data transformation programmes, including legacy modernisation, platform migration, and operating model change.
- Design and delivery of AI, ML, and advanced analytics solutions, from use case development through to deployment and industrialisation.
- Cloud-native data platform build and transformation across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including architecture, migration, and optimisation.
- Data governance, data quality, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture for scalable, compliant data ecosystems.
- Regulatory change, remediation, and operational transformation, including risk, controls, reporting, and audit readiness.
Do you have experience across:
- Financial Services (Banking and/or Capital Markets), ideally front-to-back transformation programmes.
- Data & AI delivery, consulting, or engineering with end-to-end ownership.
- Leading complex, multi-stream programmes with cross-functional and vendor teams.
- Stakeholder management up to C-suite level.
- Modern cloud and analytics platforms.
- Tools such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python, SQL, and related stacks.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Senior hires will also have experience leading multi-workstream programmes, managing large teams, owning client relationships, and contributing to business development / pre-sales activity.
