The Opportunity
MBN has partnered with a global Tier-1 consultancy to scale their UK AI division. This isn't about experimental R&D; it's about delivering high-impact AI solutions for the world's leading Financial Services firms. As a Senior/Lead AI Consultant, you’ll bridge the gap between complex technical delivery and strategic client advisory. You will identify high-value AI opportunities—from fraud detection to workflow automation—and lead the end-to-end delivery of production-grade systems.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who "speaks" both Capital Markets and Machine Learning. You'll likely come from a Data Science or ML background with a proven track record of solving FS-specific problems like risk, fraud, or personalisation.
- Technical Essentials:
- Experience: 2–4 years of commercial Machine Learning experience.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Financial Services sector (Capital Markets or Banking preferred).
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience building Multi-Agent Systems and LLM-powered applications (summarisation, information extraction, or workflow automation).
- Engineering Rigour: Comfortable with Cloud deployment and the principles of CI/CD.
- Leadership: Ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead technical projects with high ambiguity.
