What you’ll be doing: Owning the full recruitment cycle : business development, client management, and candidate delivery. Winning new business and growing existing accounts in the AI and Data space. Building long-term partnerships with some of the UK’s most innovative companies. Sourcing and placing world-class AI and Machine Learning talent. Becoming a trusted expert in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. What we’re looking for: Experience in tech recruitment (AI/Data is a big plus). A natural salesperson – confident, resilient, and commercially sharp. Someone who gets the importance of relationships, not just transactions.
