??Operations Executive Travel | Hybrid
Were working with an established travel business that is looking for an Operations Executive to join its team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused and keen to build a career within the travel industry.
What youll be doing:
Supporting the smooth operational delivery of tours
Managing activity, attraction and excursion bookings
Liaising with suppliers to confirm services and resolve queries
Managing amendments, vouchers and tour documentation
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
What were looking for:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong time management and ability to prioritise
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
Travel, tourism, operations or administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
