We are looking for an experienced Tour Organiser to join a small, specialist team delivering exceptional, specialist travel tours across Europe for international clients. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will manage your own tours end-to-end from planning and client liaison through to on-the-ground delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and costing bespoke European itineraries
- Working closely with suppliers, guides and ground agents
- Managing client relationships
- Creating engaging, high-quality itineraries and travel documents
- Overseeing bookings, finances and tour administration
- Leading tours and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Handling logistics and resolving issues with confidence
What we are looking for:
- Experience in organising and leading special interest tours in Europe
- Background or strong interest in art history highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organisation and writing skills
- Ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of at least one European language would be advantageous
