We are looking for a detail-driven, motivated Product Executive to help deliver accurate, inspiring and commercially strong product across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East. If you have experience with Southeast Asia and Japan products especially, love great copy, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you. Please note: This role requires a travel background with knowledge of Southeast Asia products.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Product Manager with accurate, timely product delivery with products across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
  • Create, proof and refine itineraries, web pages, brochures and customer documents.
  • Ensure all product content is clear, consistent and commercially effective.
  • Liaise with DMCs and suppliers to confirm details and resolve queries.
  • Check accuracy across pricing, inclusions, systems and documentation.
  • Support itinerary updates, product improvements and optimisation projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Reservations.
  • Assist with competitor research, product loading and internal training materials.

What You’ll Bring

  • Travel industry experience (product, marketing, ops, reservations or similar).
  • Experience with product delivery across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
