We're working with an established travel business that is looking for an Operations Executive to join its team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused and keen to build a career within the travel industry.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting the smooth operational delivery of tours
• Managing activity, attraction and excursion bookings
• Liaising with suppliers to confirm services and resolve queries
• Managing amendments, vouchers and tour documentation
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
What we're looking for:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
• Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
• Travel, tourism, operations or administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential
?? Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days from home
?? Monday–Friday
