What You’ll Do
- Lead global product training strategy, frameworks, and standards.
- Design and deliver engaging training for internal teams, BDMs, travel agents, and guides.
- Create toolkits, webinars, guides, and presentations that make complex products easy to understand.
- Support events, consumer shows, and product launches with compelling presentations.
- Continuously improve training content based on feedback and results.
- Travel internationally to deliver training and onboard new guides and partners.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in training, enablement, or educational roles (travel experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of travel products, itineraries, and commercial priorities.
- Confident presenter and communicator with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing global, multi-stakeholder projects.
